Qualifications

8+ years working with C-suite leaders and Boards.
Leadership coaching and advisory; developing leaders and high-performing teams.
Psychological assessment of senior leaders.
Organizational consulting, effectiveness, and design.
Workshop design and facilitation - in-person and virtual.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, services, and/or training.
Bachelor's degree included as a baseline credential.

Responsibilities

Design, deliver, and implement strategic, large-scale leadership programs for CEOs, Boards, and senior teams.
Model and deliver leadership consulting offerings with high margins.
Develop a high-caliber regional network to create opportunities.
Act as trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and their teams.
Deliver high-quality work aligning with client business strategy and value drivers.
Contextualize leadership insights into cultural and commercial drivers for stakeholders.
Coordinate client teams, build relationships, and structure service delivery.
Pilot new intellectual property within client systems to stay at the forefront.
Grow client accounts by creating strategic growth plans and cross-offering leadership services.
Be a role model fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
Travel up to 30–35% as required by client needs.
