Job summary

PDS Health in Irving, Texas is seeking a Senior Manager for Leadership and Organizational Development to drive leadership initiatives and talent development across the company.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver development programs, assess competencies, and ensure succession planning aligns with business needs. The role focuses on coaching, program design, and strategic planning to improve performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or related field; or 5+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in Leadership and Organizational Development environment.
• Familiarity with Workday and Cornerstone or other Talent Management Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages leadership and talent development solutions including performance management, leadership development, change management, competency development, and succession planning.
• Provides strategic, functional expertise, thought leadership and coaching as an active member of the Leadership Team.
• Defines effective training methods to develop skills and competencies to optimize team member proficiency.
• Ensures ongoing processes to enhance supervisors' knowledge and capability toward corporate objectives.
• Develops and executes a strategic plan for leadership and organizational development; oversees leaders to customize programs.
• Assesses impact of training programs and proposes process improvements for alignment.
• Liaises between Field Operations and Department Heads to implement new procedures and best practices.
• Develops and conducts effective training and meetings.
• Creates Leadership and Management Development Programs and platforms.
• Develops Mentoring programs as part of Succession Planning and retention.
