Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Lead Specialist, Leadership Development to support the ongoing development and success of PDS leaders through coaching on effective leadership and talent development. You will serve as a subject matter expert in PDS culture, platform, and the Leadership Model, transferring knowledge to leaders to drive results that exceed organizational goals.

You will collaborate with Regional Partners and the Learning & Training department to define regional objectives, execute training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with an Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education or Communication emphasis; or 7+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5-7+ years in a professional Organizational Development environment or related.
• 5+ years coaching senior leaders.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of regional and support department leadership through coaching workshops, strategic planning, monthly meetings and presentations.
• Transferrs knowledge of leadership concepts and PDS Leadership Model to increase effectiveness and drive results.
• Coaches and supports development of other leaders in use of PDS culture, platform and leadership model.
