Job summary

PDS Health in Irving, TX seeks a Lead Specialist, Leadership Development to strengthen leadership across regions. You will coach leaders, transfer the PDS culture and leadership model, and drive results beyond goals.

You will design and deliver coaching workshops, support regional leaders, and collaborate with regional partners to tailor development plans. Strong communication and public speaking skills, plus 5–7+ years in organizational development, are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
5-7+ years in a professional Organizational Development environment.
5+ years coaching senior leaders.
Experience working within a large multi-state organization (3,000+ employees).
Public speaking experience.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Coaches regional leadership through workshops, strategic planning, monthly meetings and presentations.
Transfers knowledge of PDS culture and leadership model to leaders to increase effectiveness.
Serves as a subject matter expert on PDS culture, platform, and leadership model.
Supports newly promoted leaders and ongoing development of tenured leaders to drive performance.
Collaborates with Regional Partners and leadership to define regional objectives and tailor development strategies.
