Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Technical Training Platforms to provide enterprise leadership for learning technology platforms that support our global manufacturing and operations network. This role focuses on the LMS and governance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

The successful candidate partners with IT, Quality, EH&S and HR/Talent Development to deliver scalable solutions, improve adoption, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years administering LMS in a multi-site or global environment.
• Experience with training governance and compliance training.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Govern the enterprise LMS and related training technologies, including configuration standards and roles.
• Maintain platform stability and data integrity; coordinate upgrades with IT and vendors.
• Plan platform enhancements and integrations; gather requirements and support testing.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and UX.
• Support platform administration with regional training leaders for adoption.
• Align capabilities with operational, quality, safety, and talent development needs.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to connect performance data and reporting.
