Entegris is seeking a Lead, Technical Training Platforms to steer global Learning Management System governance and learn-technology initiatives. You will partner with IT, Quality, EH&S, and HR to translate workforce needs into scalable, compliant platform solutions that support adoption and performance across our manufacturing network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of LMS administration in multi-site/global environments.
Experience with platform integrations and governance of training systems.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in matrixed settings.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise LMS governance, configuration standards, change control, and documentation.
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and upgrades with IT/vendor partners.
Drive requirements, testing, and deployment readiness for platform enhancements.
Partner with regional training leaders to drive adoption and efficiency across sites.
