Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in learning and development or related domains.
• Experience as a Tech Lead or similar role managing a team of developers.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for Learning and Development Global Capability.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams.

Skills

Experience designing and deploying scalable technology solutions

Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
