Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development.
• Experience managing enterprise learning and leadership development programs, including participant selection and curriculum alignment.
• Designing, developing, and implementing leadership and professional development programs for team members at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs across the organization.
• Partners with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to translate business needs into meaningful development experiences.
• Oversees leadership development, management training, and professional development initiatives, including timelines, logistics, and facilitator coordination.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through participation data and feedback, using insights to improve learner experience.
• Designs new curricula aligned with organizational culture, leadership expectations, and business goals.
