Michels Corporation is seeking a Manager – Learning and Development Programs to own and optimize its enterprise learning portfolio. You will lead strategy, development, and implementation of leadership and professional development programs, aligning with corporate goals and culture.

You will collaborate with leaders, HR, and SMEs to design impactful curricula, manage timelines and resources, and measure program effectiveness using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs across the organization.
• Oversee key initiatives such as leadership development, management training, and professional development programs.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to turn business needs into meaningful development experiences.
