U.S. Bank is seeking a Head of Core Digital Payments to lead the ACH and Wires portfolio, driving strategy, modernization, and client experiences across digital and file-based channels.

This senior role requires ownership of regulated, high-volume rails, collaboration with risk, technology, and business leaders, and accountability for revenue growth, resilience, and overall portfolio outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in product management, payments or related roles.
• Experience leading ACH/Wires or payments modernization initiatives is preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for ACH and Wires.
• Run portfolio as a business with revenue, pricing, adoption and risk accountability.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Drive modernization of core payment platforms, APIs, and workflows.
• Own governance and prioritization across regulatory commitments and demand.
• Partner across functions to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions.
• Represent portfolio in senior forums and client engagements.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing product team.
