Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of software development and executive technology leadership.
• Experience leading large, global software engineering organizations.
• Expertise in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes short to midterm operational plans and goals for a software engineering job area.
• Manages managers responsible for design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Implements and refines technology standards, governance, and engineering methods.
• Recommends operational plans and improvement strategies to senior/executive leadership.
• Develops and coaches technical leaders and managers in the job area.
• Owns budget and resource planning for the job area, managing headcount and vendor spend.
• Leads process and tooling improvements to increase productivity and reliability.
• Ensures effective risk management and regulatory compliance for software development.
• Represents the job area in senior technology forums and aligns teams to decisions.
• Drives adoption of organizational change and new technologies.
