Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Head of Core Digital Payments to own the strategy, modernization, risk posture, client experience and financial performance of the ACH and Wires portfolio, serving a wide range of client segments.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, drive platform modernization, and collaborate with technology, risk, and go-to-market teams to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions across digital and file-based channels.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of product management/payments experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap for ACH and Wires portfolio, aligning to enterprise payments strategy and financial objectives.
• Run the ACH and Wires portfolio as a business, with accountability for revenue, transaction growth, pricing, client adoption, digital migration, platform health, risk indicators, and cost-to-serve.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management across discovery, business case development, funding prioritization, requirements, delivery, launch, servicing, performance management, and ongoing optimization.
• Drive modernization of core payment platforms, client-facing experiences, file/API connectivity, operational workflows, controls, reporting, servicing, and fraud mitigation capabilities.
• Own product governance and prioritization, making tradeoffs across regulatory commitments, client demand, risk remediation, platform resiliency, modernization, revenue growth, and capacity constraints.
