Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking the Head of Core Digital Payments to lead strategy, modernization, and financial performance of the ACH and Wires portfolio across digital and file-based channels in Minneapolis.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, set multi-year roadmaps, and partner with technology, risk, legal, and sales to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in product management or payments and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, payments, treasury management, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for ACH and Wires.
• Run the ACH and Wires portfolio as a business with accountability for revenue, growth, pricing, and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to optimization.
• Drive modernization of core payment platforms, client experiences, and connectivity.
• Own product governance and prioritization across regulatory commitments and risk.
