Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Head of Core Digital Payments to lead strategy, modernization, risk posture, client experience, and financial performance of the ACH and Wires portfolio.

You will own end-to-end product ownership for foundational money movement capabilities supporting diverse client segments across digital and file-based channels. The role requires senior leadership across risk, technology, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver secure, scalable, and commercially viable payment

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, payments, or related roles.
• Experience leading ACH and/or Wire products and modernization initiatives in regulated banking.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach product teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term vision and roadmap for ACH and Wires portfolio.
• Own revenue growth, pricing, adoption, and platform health.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Drive modernization of core payment platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations to deliver solutions.
