Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and drive the Lead-to-Cash program across marketing, sales, deal desk, legal, revenue, and CX. You will sequence improvements across Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, a new CPQ platform, and NetSuite for billing and revenue, ensuring monthly, usable enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in B2B software/services.
• Led CPQ or billing system selection and end-to-end implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience delivering multi-entity, multi-currency pricing not seat-based.
• Experience with both new-business and expansion motions.
• Track record of aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations leaders.
• Clear, direct writing, able to produce executive-acting memos.
• Comfort operating without a rigid playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash roadmap, with a named owner for every stage.
• Build and maintain cross-functional dependency maps across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and CX.
• Lead decision forums and document decisions, including rules of engagement for expansion deals.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales on lead capture, scoring, and routing in Marketo and Salesforce.
• Define one intake path in Salesforce for expansions and drive consistent opportunity creation and forecasting.
• Lead the CPQ selection, evaluate pricing scenarios, and oversee CPQ implementation.
