Juniper Square is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue, Billing, and CX. You’ll coordinate a stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, CPQ, Ironclad, Zone Billing, NetSuite, and Workato, sequencing monthly usable improvements and enabling AI-driven execution.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 4 years leading lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or order-to-cash transformation programs at a B2B software or services company.
• Delivered programs spanning marketing, CRM/forecasting, CPQ, contracting, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Led CPQ or billing system selection and end-to-end implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite or comparable CRM/ERP platforms.

• Own end-to-end Lead-to-Cash roadmap with named owners for every stage.
• Build cross-functional dependency map across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and CX.
• Run decision forums; document rules of engagement between Sales and Fund Administration for expansions.
