Juniper Square is redesigning Lead-to-Cash processes and is hiring a Lead Business Systems Analyst to own the business design behind the commercial model, CPQ, and revenue flow. This hands-on role involves configuring and building in Salesforce and CPQ, with collaboration across Marketo, Gong, NetSuite, and other tools.

You will translate complex fee structures into precise specifications, prototype solutions in a sandbox, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years as a business systems analyst, solution architect, or functional consultant, with lead-to-cash experience.
• Experience designing product catalogs and pricing models in CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or equivalent).
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling across multi-entity, multi-currency billing.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and CPQ configuration; release-process discipline.

Aufgaben

• Document end-to-end Lead-to-Cash for new-logo and fund deals.
• Define target process, system of record, and hand-off rules.
• Specify lead-to-account matching and opportunity creation in Salesforce.
• Design expansion opportunities and forecasting for Fund Administration.
• Define billing determinants and lifecycle events for CPQ.
• Build and test changes in Salesforce CPQ; prototype in sandbox.
• Coordinate with engineers on integration and data migration.
