Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue, Billing, and CX. You’ll drive integration of Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, a new CPQ platform, Ironclad contracts, Zone Billing, NetSuite, and Workato, sequencing monthly ship-ready improvements and enabling AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in a B2B software or services company.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash roadmap with a named owner for every stage.
• Build and maintain the cross-functional dependency map across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Fund Administration operations, and CX.
• Run decision forums and document decisions on expansion deals between Sales and Fund Administration.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership on lead capture, scoring, and routing from Marketo into Salesforce.
• Define one intake path in Salesforce for expansions.
• Drive consistent opportunity creation and forecasting in Salesforce and Gong across new-logo and expansion motions.
• Lead the CPQ selection to a decision and implement with Ironclad hand-off for contracts.
• Sequence migration of live subscriptions onto the new model without disrupting billing.
• Drive automated hand-off from contract to booking, onboarding, and billing via Workato.
• Coordinate with Billing and Revenue Accounting on subscription flow into Zone Billing and NetSuite, invoicing, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Define KPIs across the funnel and manage cutover, rollback, training, and change management with SOX/SOC controls.
• First 90 days map and plan; 6 months expansions intake live; 12 months end-to-end flow.
