Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own execution of the Lead-to-Cash program across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Billing, Fund Administration, and CX for both new-logo deals and expansions with existing fund administration clients.

You will work with a stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, a CPQ platform, Ironclad, Zone Billing, NetSuite, and Workato, sequencing work so monthly improvements ship and enabling AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in B2B software/services.
• Led lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or order-to-cash transformations.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP.
• Led CPQ or billing system selections end-to-end.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash roadmap with named owners for every stage.
• Build cross-functional dependency maps across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and CX.
• Run decision forums and document engagement rules between Sales and Fund Administration.
• Partner on lead capture, routing, and expansion intake in Salesforce and Gong.
• Drive consistent opportunity creation and forecasting across new-logo and expansions.
• Lead CPQ selection, implementation, and hand-off to contracting systems.
• Sequence migration of live subscriptions to new model with minimal disruption.
• Define KPIs and manage change with SOX/SOC controls.
