Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own the Lead-to-Cash roadmap from demand to revenue. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

You will lead CPQ selection and implementation, ensure seamless hand-offs to contract management and billing migration, and drive automated contract-to-booking via Workato with KPI-driven change management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience with lead-to-cash transformations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, and multi-currency pricing.
• Ability to build dependency maps and drive cross-functional governance.
