Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory.
• Administration of Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM; familiarity with AD and identity management.
• Knowledge of VPNs, endpoint security, and MDM platforms.
• Experience with virtual desktops (AVD/W365) preferred.
• Okta administration experience preferred.
• Experience deploying/upgrading enterprise software.

This individual will lead the design, development, and delivery of modern enterprise solutions while driving the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices that improve speed, quality, innovation, and business outcomes. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** **Application Development:** Assist in building and maintaining full-stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices.* Adopt new technologies, including **Python**, **React**, **Node.js**, and **AWS Serverless**.* Drive adoption of AI tools throughout the SDLC to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.* Utilize modern AI platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools for software design and development.* **Vibe Coding & Rapid Innovation*** Demonstrate expertise in vibe coding and AI-assisted development methodologies.* Rapidly build Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and prototypes using AI-enabled development platforms.* Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities and recommend practical applications for business value.* Promote a fail-fast experimentation culture while maintaining enterprise-grade engineering standards.**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations role.* Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, and Windows desktop operating systems.* Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.* Experience working with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.* Experience supporting Active Directory, identity management platforms, and user access administration.* Experience supporting hardware asset management and endpoint lifecycle processes.* Working knowledge of VPN technologies, endpoint security tools, remote support applications, and mobile device management platforms.* Experience supporting virtual desktop technologies (AVD/W365) preferred.* Okta administration experience preferred.* Experience supporting enterprise-level software deployments, upgrades, and migrations.Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, Ltd, through its subsidiaries, is a global provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions.
