Job Summary

The Associate IT role is to support and maintain all related resources to ensure end-users can operate at peak efficiency. This position involves handling user escalations, investigating and deploying fixes, building and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, managing AD administration, VMWare/WVD support, mobile device management via Intune, and VPN connectivity troubleshooting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Design and iterate prompts to improve AI-generated responses

Test outputs from AI systems and identify areas for improvement

Analyze responses for accuracy, tone, relevance, and consistency

Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams

Document best practices, patterns, and prompt strategies

Learn new AI tools and adapt to evolving technologies

Support development of use cases across domains (customer support, content generation, automation, etc.)

The salary range for this role is between: 85k
