Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Lead, Software Support to join the global Accounting and Fund Administration Production Assurance team. You will provide high-quality production support across AMRS, APAC and EMEA, ensuring system availability and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong experience in application support across distributed and data technologies, including SQL, Oracle and ETL platforms, plus familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, DevOps, and modern containerized

Qualifications

Strong experience in production support across mainframe, distributed and data platforms.
Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem and change management.
Knowledge of SQL, Oracle and SQL Server; ability to troubleshoot DB issues.
Experience with DataStage, ETL job support and remediation.
Familiarity with containerized microservices; Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Provide senior level production support for critical Accounting and Fund Administration applications, ensuring stability and SLAs.
Investigate and resolve complex production incidents, coordinating with multiple teams.
Act as SME for application support, guiding team members and stakeholders.
Evaluate processes and tools to improve operational resilience and efficiency.
Contribute to strategic planning for production support capabilities.
Oversee defect remediation, schedule changes and service improvement actions.
