JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking Digital Content Management team seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to join an agile group driving trusted, market-leading technology products. You will guide design, develop secure full-stack solutions with React and Next.js, and apply AI-assisted techniques to accelerate delivery across digital channels.

Qualifications

Formal software engineering training with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
Proven ability to design, develop, test, and operate scalable systems.
Expertise in Java Full Stack, React, and Next.js.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, reviews, and testing.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
Lead AI-assisted engineering adoption and governance across teams to improve quality and speed.
Utilize SDLC tools and AI-assisted capabilities to enhance automation and value.
Influence product design, functionality, and technical operations decisions.
Act as SME in one or more focus areas and mentor engineers in Agile settings.
Develop content platform using Java Full Stack, React, and Next.js across digital channels.
Build secure external-facing apps with best practices and secure coding.
