Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expert in one or more programming languages.
• Experience leading agentic AI-enabled development across teams, including human-in-the-loop validation and secure data handling.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, governance, and risk-based patterns.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Architects and governs agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows with guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools and enterprise AI capabilities to improve automation and delivery at scale.
• Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain and serves as a SME.
