Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own the RES platform—the resiliency evidence service. You will provide technical leadership across platform, application, and infrastructure teams, translating control objectives and recovery targets into concrete engineering guidance and delivery plans.

You will define reference architectures, contracts, and integration patterns while driving secure SDLC practices and enterprise-wide observability and resilience drills.

Qualifications

• Own the RES product vision, roadmap, backlog and release milestones.
• Groom and prioritize backlog; manage sprint ceremonies and dependencies.
• Define architectures, schemas, and integration patterns for resiliency evidence.
• Translate control objectives and audit findings into engineering requirements.
• Lead telemetry, attestations, and control evidence programs across teams.
• Oversee end-to-end RES ingestion, storage, validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and quarterly plan for RES.
• Groom the backlog, run sprint planning and reviews, manage dependencies.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure leadership: reference architectures and contracts.
• Translate risk and audit findings into engineering requirements and evidence artifacts.
• Partner with teams to design telemetry, attestations, and proofs for RES.
• Steward RES architecture across ingestion, storage, validation, and reporting.
