Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across teams.
• Own end-to-end architecture for Java services.
• Design, develop, review secure production code in Java.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching.
• Build and orchestrate Agentic AI capabilities for SAP processes.
• Drive resilient service design and SLOs.
• Lead secure SDLC practices and threat modeling.
• Champion observability with metrics and runbooks.
