You will architect, build, and operate data platform capabilities, providing technical leadership and driving engineering excellence across technology, product, controls, and business teams. You will guide ingestion, orchestration, data processing, and governance, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data products.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale data platforms in enterprise settings.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and platform engineering.
• Hands-on data ingestion, orchestration, processing, and serving patterns.
• Production-grade systems with testing, deployment automation, monitoring, and governance.
• Knowledge of data governance, access control, encryption, retention and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap for data platform capabilities.
• Design scalable platform services and reusable frameworks for data onboarding and consumption.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through production readiness for major workstreams.
• Set engineering standards for reliability, performance, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automation for CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Drive operations with SLOs, incident response, RCAs, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with security, risk, and controls to meet regulatory and governance requirements.
• Communicate trade-offs and progress to stakeholders with clear metrics and outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering practices through code reviews and leadership.
