Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Enterprise Technology Data Protection & Recovery line to own RES, the platform for resiliency evidence.

You will lead architecture, contracts, and cross‑team coordination to meet risk, recovery, and audit objectives. You will guide platform, application, and infrastructure teams in telemetry, evidence artifacts, and assurance of compliance.

Qualifications

• Own the product vision, backlog, and milestones for RES.
• Groom backlog, run sprint planning, and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Define reference architectures and evidence contracts for RES ingestion and reporting.
• Translate risk/audit objectives into engineering requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with multiple teams to instrument telemetry and control evidence pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the RES product vision and roadmap across the platform.
• Lead end‑to‑end architecture for RES ingestion, storage, and reporting surfaces.
• Drive SRE practices: metrics, alerts, runbooks, incident reviews.
• Lead DR tests, restore validation, and chaos drills for resilience.
