Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own the Resiliency Evidence Service (RES) portfolio, guiding architecture, delivery, and risk-aware engineering across platform, application, and infrastructure teams.

You will translate control objectives into concrete engineering plans, drive SLOs/latency bounds, and oversee telemetry, attestations, and evidence artifacts for enterprise resiliency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or software engineering with cross‑team delivery in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated product ownership: roadmap, backlog, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder management.
• Deep resiliency engineering knowledge with DR tests, restore validation, chaos/resilience exercises.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks; translate objectives into engineering requirements and evidence artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own RES product vision, roadmap, and quarterly plan; translate resiliency objectives into prioritized backlog with measurable outcomes.
• Act as single-threaded product owner; manage backlog, sprint planning, cross-team dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure leadership: define reference architectures, evidence contracts, and integration patterns for RES ingestion and reporting.
• Lead DR tests, restore validation, chaos/resilience exercises, and secure SDLC practices across the ecosystem.
