Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Deep knowledge of one or more infrastructure engineering areas (hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, automation, resilience, or performance assessments).
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate-to-high scope, delivering design, development, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Drive workstreams or projects across infrastructure technologies, coordinating with other platforms to modernize processes.
• Consider data, systems, and technical implications to protect resiliency and performance enterprise-wide.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and design documentation while ensuring security requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to architect scalable, resilient infrastructure for critical platforms.
• Contribute to infrastructure standards, automation practices, and operational processes across the organization.
• Provide guidance as a senior technical resource to engineers and cross-functional partners.
