Job summary

Spectrum Business seeks a Senior Lead Project/Program Manager to drive large-scale, enterprise initiatives across technical teams, business functions, and executive stakeholders. You will provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle and establish scalable governance and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities include defining delivery strategies, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while working with Professional Services, Operations, and Architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• 8+ years leading complex engineering projects or enterprise programs; senior level experience.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile delivery, governance, portfolio management, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and programs across multiple teams and executives.
• Provide lifecycle governance from intake to post-implementation review.
• Partner with professional services, architecture, operations and stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.
