Qualifications

• Extensive Spectrum experience with Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum.
• Strong troubleshooting of Spectrum data and applications.
• SQL Server troubleshooting experience.
• Experience leading ERP upgrades and production support.
• Technical leadership and vendor management experience.
• Accounting/financial systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Spectrum application and backend issues.
• Collaborate with operating units to define needs and optimize Spectrum use.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Lead backend upgrades, environment changes, testing, and deployments.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and SQL/data troubleshooting.
• Manage escalations and deliverables with Trimble and partners.
• Support Spectrum implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Strengthen change management, testing, and platform controls.
• Mentor support resources and transfer Spectrum knowledge.
