Job summary

You will guide complex programs, gather objectives, and align teams across professional services, engineering, product, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 6+ years leading complex technology programs or transformations.
• Experience with cloud, managed services, or enterprise tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business transformation programs.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define outcomes and ensure successful delivery.
• Plan, execute, and govern multiple concurrent projects with alignment to objectives and budgets.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and sponsors.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Engineering, Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Own program governance, risks, changes, and stakeholder communications.
