The role starts by supporting integration programs and evolves into enterprise leadership overseeing large-scale transformations, acquisition integrations, and executive governance across the business.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with executive presence and the ability to influence across all levels without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cross-functional day-to-day leader across transformation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide integration programs related to M&A and partnerships.
• Conduct benchmarking to inform leadership on performance and trends.
• Partner with executives to refine priorities and translate objectives into programs.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting for major programs.
• Coordinate workstreams across multiple teams, managing dependencies and risks.
• Support long-term strategic refinement and identify gaps for opportunities.
• Prepare to lead integration of future acquisitions and drive process consistency.
• Track post-integration performance to ensure strategic alignment.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and communications for planning and governance.
• Develop and maintain an integration playbook for acquisitions.
