Job summary

Charter Communications in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Lead Project/Program Manager to oversee large, enterprise initiatives spanning multiple teams and business units. You will provide strategic leadership across full project lifecycles, guide governance, and drive delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Professional Services, Operations, Architecture, and executive stakeholders to optimize delivery, manage risk, and align investments with business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale projects and strategic programs spanning multiple organizations, technologies, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and SDLC in cloud and delivery models.
• Ability to influence strategy and priorities through data-driven recommendations and executive communication.
• Experience designing scalable PM frameworks, playbooks, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects and programs with multiple tech teams and executive stakeholders.
• Provide leadership across the full lifecycle: intake, planning, estimation, governance, risk assessment, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Partner with Professional Services, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives.
• Apply technical judgment to understand architecture, dependencies, risks, and operational impact.
• Develop and communicate business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Define and improve enterprise PM standards, governance, and delivery practices across the organization.
