Job summary

Celestica Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead the manufacturing process for new customer products. You will drive NPI-PCBA activities, implement DFX feedback, and collaborate with design, quality, and operations to optimize yield and reliability.

The role requires strong data analytics, DOE expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders across teams. This is a hands-on engineering position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
4–6 years in a similar process engineering role.
Experience with Design for manufacturability (DFX) and DOE.
Strong cross-functional communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Understand and implement the customer’s technical roadmap and process projects.
Lead development and release of full manufacturing process for new products.
Provide feedback on customer requirements to team and management.
Develop costed and optimized feedback leveraging DFM/DFR/DFX tools.
Plan and lead DOE-based capability assessments for processes.
Design data collection strategies and analyze data to drive yield and reliability.
Communicate critical technical and business issues to management.
