Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior mechanic to manage maintenance and repair of heavy and light equipment on a rotational assignment in Prudhoe Bay, AK. You will supervise crews, plan daily workloads, inspect work for compliance with specs, and perform repair tasks on cranes, backhoes, dozers, loaders, and more.

Extensive safety training and environmental compliance are required. On-site rotation includes meals and lodging, with transport between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a mechanic in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience directing a crew.
• NSTC certification training preferred or equivalent program.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and technical direction to work crews.
• Schedule daily workload and allocate resources.
• Repair, inspect and maintain heavy and light equipment on site.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
