Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Heavy Truck Mechanic to oversee maintenance and repair of heavy and light equipment in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role involves diagnosing, rebuilding, and servicing PACCAR equipment, engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, with safety-focused field and shop work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of heavy equipment maintenance experience or an associate degree or certification from an accredited diesel/heavy equipment technology program with two (2) years of heavy equipment maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• NSTC certification training offered by Worley to qualified applicants.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and rebuilding of PACCAR equipment will be prevalent.
• Analyze, diagnose, repair, rebuild and provide maintenance of equipment, tractor-trailers, water, vac, and fuel trucks.
• Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles equipment using hoists, hand tools and pneumatic and electric tools.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance.
• Work on engines, structural systems, hydraulic and electrical systems, and subassemblies such as transmissions and differentials.
