Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Growth Intelligence Lead in the United States to translate customer signals into growth recommendations and drive qualified opportunities at scale. You’ll partner with Marketing and Strategy to align models with nurture and activation strategies for efficient lead conversion.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and collaboration across Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and Technology teams in a fast-moving AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in growth strategy, GTM, marketing analytics, or related function.
• Experience translating insights into actionable decision frameworks and business requirements.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across Growth Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and/or technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define customer state, eligibility, readiness, and progression criteria for marketing funnel.
• Translate attributes and signals into prioritization logic and audience recommendations.
• Specify audience, nurture, next-best-action approach, channel, and handoff requirements with Growth Strategy Leads.
• Validate models and business rules with Intelligence, Decisioning, and Targeting teams.
• Coordinate with GTM Tech Lead to sequence requirements and workflows.
• Establish traceability linking recommendations with downstream nurture and outcomes.
• Monitor recommendation quality and activation performance; identify gaps.
• Lead cross-functional feedback to improve models, workflows, and capabilities.
