Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Lead Generation Senior Associate / Manager to join our Business Development team. You will source and qualify new opportunities, turning outreach into client meetings and RPF submissions for the Proposals & Contracts teams.

In this role, you will maintain accurate records, manage unassigned accounts, tailor messages to prospects, and present Premier’s services to potential clients, helping to grow our CRO and life sciences footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferably within the CRO, pharma, or life sciences industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, targeted outreach messaging.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable prospecting strategies.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a tech-forward, AI-enabled environment with a continuous improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• With direction from Business Development, source new sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets
• Convert outreach activities into qualified client meetings and RPF submissions for Premier’s Business Development and Proposals & Contracts teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity, lead status, and pipeline progression
• Account management for unassigned accounts
• Tailor outreach messaging and channel strategies to meet individual prospect needs
• Present accurate information and resources regarding Premier’s services
