Zusammenfassung

RMI is seeking a Development Lead for Prospect Research and New Business Development. This role drives research across individuals, foundations, corporate philanthropy, and public-sector funders, maturing prospect development and governance while advancing unrestricted revenue growth.

The role emphasizes data fluency, Apra-informed standards, ethical research, and responsible use of AI to surface actionable opportunities.

Qualifikationen

5 years of dedicated experience in prospect research or related nonprofit fundraising functions.
Familiarity with Apra standards and ethical research practices; Apra membership or training preferred.
Experience with prospect research tools and methods, including Salesforce and related databases.

Aufgaben

Lead and evolve prospect research and prospect development across revenue portfolio, maintaining centralized prospect lists and pipelines.
Own cross-vertical new business development workstreams, including research delivery, reporting, and concise prospect briefings with clear next steps.
Serve as steward of high-quality prospect and pipeline data in Salesforce, including relationships, opportunities, and moves management.
