Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications to shape how employees engage with the company. You will write stellar communications, design listening mechanisms, and build recognition programs, while guiding scalable frameworks with data and cross‑functional collaboration.

You’ll drive culture initiatives, plan company events, and integrate communications into business processes, partnering with leaders around the world.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement, with excellent, clear, simple writing.
• Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning and executing company‑wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi‑channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels.
• Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements.
• Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy‑in.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms).
• Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan for unexpected events affecting the company and its employees.
