Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead for Employee Experience and Internal Communications to shape how thousands of employees connect with the company’s priorities. You will craft compelling communications, design listening mechanisms, and build recognition programs for a distributed workforce.

You will partner with executives, design scalable processes, and use data to drive people-centric decisions while scaling culture and community initiatives across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Proven ability to design employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning company-wide events for distributed teams.
• Strong data analysis to tell a clear organizational story.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy and multi-channel framework.
• Write and edit content for internal audiences and the wiki.
• Lead crisis communications planning and leadership support.
• Design and run quarterly employee listening mechanisms.
• Build and roll out a company-wide recognition framework.
• Plan and deliver global company events and community programs.
• Analyze survey results and attendance data to tell stories.
