Fivetran is seeking a Senior Lead, Employee Experience & Internal Communications to shape how employees connect with the business. You will write, design listening mechanisms, and build recognition programs that align with company values and priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across internal communications and employee experience/engagement.
• Demonstrated experience designing employee listening, feedback, or survey programs.
• Experience building or running employee recognition programs.
• Experience planning and executing company-wide events or community programming, including for distributed/remote teams.
• Strong ability to analyze and present data accurately, and use it to tell a story.
• Experience working cross-collaboratively with employees and executives at all levels.
• Fluent in best practices across internal communication channels.
• Understanding of how communications, recognition, culture, and leadership intersect.
• Experience driving behavior change through communications and program design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework.
• Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences.
• Craft consistent messaging on updates, initiatives, and achievements.
• Support leadership on change and reorg communications.
• Manage and optimize internal channels (email, intranet, Slack, etc.).
• Develop a crisis communications plan for unexpected events.
