Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Sr Lead Cloud Platform Engineer to design and optimize CI/CD for a large Kubernetes footprint. You will enable rapid, secure deployments across 140+ clusters, driving GitOps adoption and strong pipeline quality.

You will collaborate with platform and engineering teams, mentor peers, and continuously improve release velocity while upholding security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and managing enterprise CI/CD in Kubernetes environments.
• Strong GitOps experience with ArgoCD or similar tooling.
• Proficient scripting using common languages and IaC (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for enterprise Kubernetes.
• Lead adoption of GitOps practices for automated deployments.
• Optimize pipelines to reduce build times and manual steps.
• Embed security checks and quality gates into deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with Platform and Software Engineering to integrate apps with infra.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps and GitOps best practices.
