Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Cloud DevOps/Platform Engineer in the United States to shape internal developer platforms and automate cloud-native pipelines. You will build tools, runbooks, and self-service capabilities that simplify Kubernetes and cloud complexity, leveraging GitOps workflows and modern IaC patterns.

The role emphasizes hands-on design of deploy solutions on Azure, Kubernetes, and container apps, with a focus on automation, platform reliability, and scalable canary/blue-green

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Cloud DevOps, Platform Engineering, or internal platform development.
• Strong development and automation skills using Python or similar languages.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud, including Networking, Storage, Azure Container Apps, APIM.
• Strong Kubernetes experience including CRDs, Operators, and Admission Controllers.
• Experience with Terraform, reusable modules, and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve tools, services, and CLIs that abstract Cloud and Kubernetes complexity.
• Build and evolve Golden Paths and self-service capabilities of the Internal Developer Platform.
• Design and maintain deploy solutions using GitOps, including environment promotion strategies.
