Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of proven experience building long‑term partnerships and successful negotiations.
• Deep understanding of full funnel advertising solutions including media and measurement for brand, consideration and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies for a top-tier beauty advertiser, driving measurable business results.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite, Investment, Strategy and Activation teams.
• Build and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and secure annual deal conversations.
• Demonstrate executive presence and insight into client goals, KPIs, and market trends.
