Job summary

PayPal is seeking a strong product leader to build scalable developer experiences that enable merchants to integrate PayPal Pay Later across APIs, SDKs, and platforms. You will shape strategies, patterns, and workflows for large merchants to embed Pay Later into their shopping experiences.

You will partner with technical, product, and strategy teams to craft solutions, patterns, and guides while driving data-driven decisions and ensuring time-to-market success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing, launching, and scaling BNPL products.
• Experience with SDK and API development.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve product development and delivery.
• Self-directed, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned with the product vision.
• Plans and implements architectural roadmap balancing design, tech, regulatory, and time-to-market.
• Assesses customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
• Sets up data gathering to measure usability and market insights.
• Leads analytics, discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Oversees product profitability measures and budget.
• Manages Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews with leadership.
• Collaborates with content strategists, data scientists, designers, and UX researchers.
• Maximizes efficiency in a changing environment.
