Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing, launching, and scaling Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products.
• Demonstrable experience in SDK and API development.
• Proven ability to leverage artificial intelligence to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of product development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Plans and implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, technical, and regulatory needs.
• Assesses customer experience and needs in product requirements.
• Sets up data gathering mechanisms for usability studies and market analysis.
• Leads analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversees product profitability measures, including budget.
• Plans operational mechanisms like Product and Operating Reviews.
• Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
• Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers and researchers.
